The Ficontec AL500-AA Automated Microsystem Assembly Station

The Ficontec AL500-AA allows programming the passive or active manipulation and alignment of optical components at a submicron scale. This assembly station is equipped with a robotic arm and a pallet system for the automatic loading of components (pick-and-place system). The AL500-AA is also equipped with several cameras allowing it to have a complete vision of the manipulated elements. It is equipped with detectors for the active component alignment as well. The station also has the ability to evenly dispense the correct amounts of UV glues and cure them in place.
