The Vytran GPX-3400 workstation provides fiber conditioning, splicing, and bevelling. It is equipped with an imaging system with submicron resolution and has the ability to rotate the fibers on their axis, thus allowing the alignment of non-circular fibers and polarization-maintaining fibers. It also makes it possible to fuse fibers of different natures.
