The Yield Engineering systems R3 allows plasma cleaning. This oven offers a large load capacity with 12.75″ x 12.75″ shelves and a 325 square inch work area. This machine uses an ideal power density, which is between 0.2 and 3.0 watts per square inch. The use of oxygen and argon cleans oxides as well as organic deposits.
