The project consists in optimizing the quality of the images obtained by a system that helps with the manual preparation of medication blister packs. To meet security and traceability needs, the preparation and manual verification of blister packs must be improved. McKesson Canada Automation wants to improve the pill-container image quality obtained by the system in order to provide high-quality digital images to facilitate decision-making and traceability. The project aims to minimize aberrations, increase contrast, optimize colour rendering and facilitate the calibration of the imaging system.
