Manufacturing process of freeform optical components by injection.

The project aims to develop and refine a complete process for manufacturing precision injection-molded optical components. The techniques used will enable the production of freeform lenses. As part of this project, the company will also enhance its expertise in precision molding of mechanical parts, which is expected to lead to a significant increase in its exports. Finally, the Canadian optics ecosystem will be strengthened, as the current offering in optical molding remains limited.
