Theoretical Training in Optics
Optics training plays an important role in sharing knowledge and advancing technological progress in the field.
They enable professionals and researchers to stay informed about the latest innovations while exchanging ideas and solutions to current challenges. Training therefore contributes to accelerating progress and enhancing skills in the optics sector.
All training sessions are conducted entirely online. Optech can also provide on-site training upon request. Contact us if you are interested!
Optech is an accredited training organization recognized by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.
This one-hour training provides an introduction to UV disinfection techniques.
The COVID-19 pandemic has raised awareness of the need for cleaner environments. UVC radiation is a tool that enables the disinfection of air and surfaces without the use of chemicals.
This presentation covers the fundamentals of disinfection, new LED sources, the most common applications, methods for verifying proper use, and user protection.
This training is intended for a wide range of participants, including:
- Healthcare professionals: to understand how to use UV technology for disinfecting medical instruments.
- Optics and photonics engineers: to deepen their knowledge of the technical principles and advances in UV disinfection.
- Facility and maintenance managers: to learn best practices for installing and maintaining UV disinfection systems.
- Researchers and students: to explore new perspectives and innovations in the use of UV for health and safety applications.
- Health and safety officers: to consider innovative and effective disinfection solutions in various professional environments.
