Laser Safety Audit
Optech provides on-demand consultation visits to improve laser safety for its clients.
An initial discussion with the client is essential to identify needs and assess the current situation. A site visit is then carried out to observe the facilities, identify elements requiring improvement, and speak with users. The audited elements include:
- Physical facilities
- Signage
- Work methods and safety management documents
- Personal protective equipment
We then work in partnership with clients to identify the appropriate protective products for configuring laser workstations and to develop relevant administrative control measures (work protocols, checklists, etc.).
A technical report will be provided to the company to summarize the findings of the laser safety audit.
On-site measurements can also be carried out if required, following discussion with the client.
